Good morning! Today I completed your try yearly pest control service. Upon talking to you, there was no problems on the interior. I started on the exterior by knocking down any cobwebs. I saw on the exterior foundation to reduce spider activity on the interior of your home. I also checked your exterior made boxes. They showed signs of light to medium activity. I refilled them both with fresh bait. I then treated the exterior of your property with a non-repellent liquid solution targeting pests such as ants, spiders, and stinging insects. Good morning, Today I completed your quarterly premium plus pest control service. First I checked your termite monitoring stations. They showed zero signs of activity. Next, I checked your exterior rodent bait station. It showed heavy signs of activity, so I removed the old bait ,and placed fresh bait into that station, so we can continue monitoring for rodent activity. Finally, I applied a liquid treatment around the exterior foundation and to the exterior trim of your doors and windows, this treatment will prevent pests from entering at these points, the liquid treatment is a slow acting repellent and may require up to two weeks to be fully effective. Good morning Patrick, my name is Ryan and today I completed your quarterly pest service. First, I knocked down cobwebs and spiderwebs from windows, doors and eaves. Next, I checked the exterior rodent bait station that showed moderate feeding, but I did replenish it with fresh bait to help control the rodent population. Lastly, I sprayed a liquid residual to help combat ants, spiders and general pests around the exterior foundation. Good afternoon, Colleen! This is also-Colleen and I performed a quarterly service today. I checked around the house for any carpenter bee or wasp activity. Due to the rain, they’re probably hiding. I checked and replenished, the rodent bait stations was showed heavy activity on both sides. And I provided a liquid treatment to the foundation careful to avoid flowering plants and honeybee activity.
